Southend Liberal Democrats - Working For You
Open to all, Southend residents and visitors can buy the Southend Pass now. Available for use from 1 April 2021, it includes three hours parking every day in each of the four new Parking Zones, in any council owned car park, plus on-street pay-by-phone or pay and display parking bays.
